Kapha type characteristics

Serious - any serious disorder suggests a kapha imbalance, whether it's obesity, difficult digestion or severe, depressing depression.

Sweet - which leads to excess weight and diabetes if too much sweets are consumed.

Permanent - this makes the kapha type reticent. The bodily processes do not show great fluctuations; the steady nature of kapha is due to the fact that it does not need external stimulation as the other types do. The kapha's body is sensitive to changes that throw other body types off balance.

Soft - this leads to a wide range of characteristics; soft skin and hair, soft manners, soft eyes and an unpretentious approach to situations.

Slow - This is manifested in the Kapha people's characteristic slow, steady movement, which is associated with slow speech and deliberate thought.

Warm, spicy, stimulating, light meals are recommended. Avoid fatty foods.

Hot foods that are easy to digest are good for the cape, such as light vegetable soups.

Instead of salt, season with spices and herbs. For sweetening, use honey instead of sugar.

Cabbage and dark berries are excellent for them.

Cold drinks and late-night meals are not recommended for kapha.
