INGREDIENTS:
- Purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea)
- St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum)
- Nettle (urtica dioica)
- Lapweed
- Elderflower (Sambucus nigra)
- Clover (Trifolium alpestre)
- Rosehip fruit (Cinusbaty pseudofructus)
- Ajuga reptans
- Chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomille)
- Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
CONSUMPTION:
Boil 2 teaspoons of the tea mixture with 2 dl of water! Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes and strain. After that it is ready to drink!
