Description

Characteristics of Pitta type:

Hot – warm, flushed skin, all kinds of inflammation, overactive metabolism, a feeling of warmth in the stomach, liver, intestines, etc. Pittas generally like cold foods and drinks to counteract their own heat.

Sharp – a sharpness of mind, but at the same time a sharp tongue; the same quality can lead to extreme acidity of the body and stomach acidity.

Damp – manifested by profuse perspiration; warm, sweaty palms are typically pâté. Pittas, being hot and wet, weather the humid summer weather poorly.

Sour smell – in extreme cases of pitta, bad breath, sour body odour or bad smelling urine and faeces.

DIETARY ADVICE:

It is recommended to eat cold or warm, but not hot, bitter and sweet flavours. It is recommended to use a little butter or oil in dishes. Avoid pickles, yoghurt, sour cream and cheese. Avoid using vinegar, substitute salads with lemon instead. Avoid alcoholic beverages and coffee, their bitter taste increases the effect of the pie. Herbal teas are excellent. A vegetarian diet favours the pitta type. Eat vegetables, grains and beans instead of oily, hot, salty and heavy foods. Chinese, Japanese cuisine is favourable for the pitta type.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Achillea millefolium
  • Clover flower (trifolium repens)
  • Horsetail root (rumex abtusifolius)
  • Dandelion root (taraxacum officinale)
  • Agrimoniae eupatoria
  • Shepherd’s purse (capsella bursa pastoris)
  • Willow bark (salicis cortex)
  • Nettle leaf (urtica dioica)
  • Mallow root (althaea officinalis)
  • Fennel seed (foeniculum vulgare)
  • Liquorice root (glicyrhizza glabra).

CONSUMPTION:

Boil 2 teaspoons of the plant with 2 dl of water! Leave to stand for 10 minutes and pierce. After that it is ready to eat!
