DELIVERY CAN BE MADE BY THE FOLLOWING METHODS:

1. HOME DELIVERY BY GLS COURIER:

In case of bank transfer, credit card payment and cash on delivery, the GLS courier service will deliver the parcel to the address provided by the customer. By bank transfer, GLS will deliver to the customer’s home or place of work. We recommend that you provide a delivery address where you are available during the day. Please provide a good telephone number when ordering so that we can contact you if any problems arise during delivery. The gross delivery charge is 2 000 HUF, which will be added to the total amount of your invoice.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over 160 EUR. Only products from the webshop are eligible for the delivery promotion.

In case of personal pick-up, we can store the products for 10 working days after informing the customer, after which we will delete the order from the system.

When your parcel has arrived at the Pick Pack Point of your choice:

  • We will send you an e-mail and even a text message about the arrival at the point
  • The parcel can be picked up at the Point 5+5 days (at the Customer’s specific request) after the notification
  • You can pick up your parcel around the clock and we accept credit cards at most locations

Parcel collection

To ensure the fastest possible personal pick-up, please print out the automatic confirmation e-mail or note the order identification number.
Products ordered before 12 noon on a working day can be picked up within 1-3 working days in Budapest, and within 2-4 working days for non-Budapest deliveries at the Pick Pack Point of your choice.
For your security, you will be required to provide proof of identity at the time of collection.
If you are not the person named on the parcel, you will also need a power of attorney signed by two witnesses to collect the parcel.
The name, initials and number of the official identity document proving your identity and the reference “Consignee” if the parcel is being accepted by the consignee, or “Substitute consignee” if the parcel is not being accepted by the consignee, must be entered as the title of the acceptance only on the copy remaining with the consignor. The deposit of the receipt and the storage of the authorisation shall be in accordance with the relevant rules. The power of attorney shall be kept by the transferor together with the instrument of transfer.
