Cold - cold limbs

Mobile - depending on how balanced this dosa is, it creates good and bad circulation; high blood pressure is associated with an overactive dosa, as are heart arrhythmias, muscle spasms and back pain. A nervous, restless look is a sign of vata imbalance.

Fast - leads to many related traits; rapid grasping of new information but also rapid forgetting; poor long-term memory, good imagination but scary dreams; restless activity, impulsive action; volatile mood; scattered thoughts; rapid speech.

Dry - dry skin, dry or dull hair, dull eyes and minimal or moderate sweating. Skin may be cracked and fragile, prone to psoriasis and eczema.

Durva - rough skin, brittle hair.

It is recommended to eat warm food, add butter or oil to relieve the cold feeling caused by vata. Vata type can benefit from warm, moist foods, cooked cereals (rice, wheat...) , porridge, vegetable soup, which relieve the dryness in the body caused by vata. Vata, as a dosha, is cold in nature, so icy drinks, raw vegetables are not recommended for vata imbalance. The morning meal is necessary for the vata type, it should be warm, possibly sweet. avoid caffeinated drinks, bitter taste increases the vata effect. All sweet fruits are good, unripe fruits increase vata effect due to their tart taste.
