Vata, as a dosha, is cold in nature, so icy drinks, raw vegetables are not recommended for vata imbalance. The morning meal is necessary for the vata type, it should be warm, possibly sweet. avoid caffeinated drinks, bitter taste increases the vata effect. All sweet fruits are good, unripe fruits increase the vata effect due to their bitter taste.
